A Pot-Pourri Of Grammar Activities
Lim Ai Ling
Many students, be they adults or school-going children, have difficulty understanding and mastering the intricacies of the English language. They find learning grammar dull and difficult. The presenter strongly believes that for learning to take place, the learning environment for students must be stress-free and the learning process has to be fun. This paper seeks to share with classroom practitioners several workable grammar activities that the presenter has employed in her endeavour to improve English language proficiency amongst Form 4 and Form 5 students in the classroom as well as Mathematics and Science teachers under the PPSMI / Buddy Support System programme.
