Laboratory
IPBA's language laboratories are equipped
with the latest multimedia and communication technologies that support
the learning of international languages. Software for aural-oral
practice, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary acquisition is
readily available. A networked environment in the laboratory further
enhances co-operative learning among the students who are able to
communicate electronically among themselves during pairwork and
group discussions. |

Micro-teaching
Room
Students will have the opportunity
to see themselves in action through the facilities available in
the micro-teaching room which include state-of-the-art systems such
as the video off-line editing system, non-linear editing system
and video production system. |

Centre
The Institute's Resource Centre, which
is fully computerised, houses a large collection of current print
and electronic reference materials. It also has an Internet lease
line that enables students to have access to information via the
World Wide Web. Students will find the centre a most conducive place

This room is specially equipped with
the latest audio-visual and projection technology to allow for optimal
viewing of a variety of multimedia instructional courseware and
videos. |

Laboratory
Computer laboratories in IPBA are equipped
with high-end, multimedia-based computers to cater for students'
learning needs. The computers are installed with the latest software
programmes and are internet ready. Special purpose computers in
the laboratories facilitate the production of multimedia teaching
and learning packages and material. |

Self-Access
Learning Centre
Students have easy access to teaching
and learning modules, courseware and audio-video learning materials
in this centre. They can therefore learn at their own pace and assume
greater responsibility for their own learning. |

Auditorium
Students can enjoy stage performances
